Acting CMS Administrator Leslie Norwalk Talks About the Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign
An article in the January 2007 issue of CARING entitled, "Campaigning for Quality: CMS Effort Promotes Home Care Best Practices" features an interview with Acting CMS Administrator Leslie Norwalk regarding the Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign.

"With (the nursing home quality) initiative, we saw nursing homes using the QIOs as an educational tool. From a philosophical perspective you don't just get a report card, you get a tutor. And that is a lot of what the home health quality initiative is about." Read full article
